Most days you can find me at Cassia, where I am currently the Wine & Beverage Director. Chef Bryant Ng's Vietnamese French cuisine pairs perfectly with my love of Riesling, Grower Champagne and Beaujolais. I believe in opening guests up to new varietals and stretching people outside of their comfort zones with wine, just as the cuisine does as well.
